Since I was so eager before to learn about this Plurk Themes, Plurk Layouts or Plurk Designs, I decided to put up this though I know it's sort of opposite reaction. Just when I rarely visit my Plurk, that's the time for me to do this designing stuff. What I can I do? I wanted to do this once in a while.
